- oops, truetype font parameter is not a file name! Stream support for TT

- oops, truetype font parameter is not a file name! Stream support for TT
  fonts removed
- truetype fonts encodings removed, as current version of imlib2 doesn't
  support it. Use utf-8 strings instead.
